The short answer
Casimba has two sister sites that we can show for NZ players: Dream Vegas and Playzee. Both are run by White Hat Gaming Limited, the same company that runs Casimba. The biggest difference is the cost of starting. To claim the welcome offer, Casimba and Dream Vegas ask for $20 and Playzee asks for NZ$5. Wagering does not separate them, because all three set it at 35 times the bonus plus deposit. The sisters differ on entry price, stated game count and how much each casino tells us. Our ratings are 3.1 for Casimba, 3.4 for Dream Vegas and 3.3 for Playzee.

The table covers Casimba's sisters only. Amounts are shown as each casino prints them.
| Casino | Rating | Welcome offer | Wagering | First deposit | Licence | Accepts NZ | Games | Visit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Dream Vegas | 3.4 | 200% up to $2500 plus 50 spins on the first of three deposits | 35x bonus plus deposit | $20 | MGA | Yes | Not stated | Visit Dream Vegas |
| 3.3 | 100% up to NZ$300 plus 100 spins on the first of three deposits | 35x bonus plus deposit | NZ$5 | MGA | Yes | 2,000+ | Visit Playzee |
If you self-exclude, do it at every casino in the family that you use, because the pages we read do not say one exclusion is passed on to the others. During an exclusion, each casino also states, you must not try to re-open your account or open new accounts across its network. A sister site is never a way around a self-exclusion.
Every casino here says customers may open and operate only one account. Whether the limit counts each brand separately or the whole family is not stated on the pages we read, so ask support before you open a second account at a sister.
Inactive accounts lose a monthly maintenance fee of real-money credit: $5 at Casimba and NZ$5 at Dream Vegas and Playzee. To avoid the fee, close any account you no longer plan to use, and read each casino's terms on what counts as inactive before you leave an account idle.
Casimba and Playzee use the same wording on identity: verification checks are required before certain actions, such as withdrawing winnings, and an account may be suspended or closed if the checks cannot be completed. Dream Vegas lists what its checks cover in its own review below.
All three casinos name the same operator, White Hat Gaming Limited, and state the same MGA licence number from the Malta Gaming Authority. That is why we group them as one family, and why the reviews below give only what differs.
Casimba and Dream Vegas use the same loyalty rate: 1,000 loyalty points are worth $5 in bonus funds. Playzee runs its own Zee Club with its own tiers. The pages we read do not say whether points or VIP status move between brands, so treat each programme as separate.
All three name eCOGRA as the outside provider for unresolved disputes. Casimba and Playzee set out three stages before that point, and the steps are in the complaints section below.

Casimba's welcome offer is for new players and runs over the first 3 deposits, each needing at least $20. The first deposit earns a 200% match up to $5000 plus 50 spins. Wagering is 35 times the bonus, deposit and spins together, the maximum bet while the offer is active is $5, and unused bonus funds expire after 30 days, spins after 10, so use the spins within 10 days and finish the wagering inside 30. Keep every bet at or under $5 until the wagering is done. Slots and scratchcards count in full toward it, while table games, video poker and progressive jackpots count for 0%.
Casimba names Skrill and Neteller for deposits and bank transfer for withdrawals, and the pages we read state no payment fees.
Casimba states 1,000+ games across slots, live casino, scratchcards and what it calls must go jackpots. Its providers include Netent, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play.
Casimba VIP has five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite and Diamond. Membership is by invitation only.
Support runs by live chat and email, stated as 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On mobile, the home page describes browser play from NZ and an official Android app on Google Play; no iOS app is stated on the pages we read.
1. Finish verification before you request a withdrawal: Casimba requires checks before certain actions, such as withdrawing winnings, and may suspend or close an account that cannot complete them.
2. Send the supporting ID the casino asks for.
3. Request at least $20. The stated pending period is between 1 and 2 days, after which payment is processed immediately but can take up to 3 working days to arrive, depending on the method.

Dream Vegas has the same 35 times wagering, $20 minimum on each of the 3 deposits and $5 maximum bet as Casimba. What changes is the offer shape: the first deposit gets a 200% match up to $2500 with 50 spins, against $5000 at Casimba, and the later deposits are matched at 40% and 60%. Dream Vegas also lists a separate sports welcome offer worth 100% up to $50.
Dream Vegas lists more ways to pay than Casimba's two e-wallets: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paysafecard and Apple Pay, plus Skrill and Neteller. Its weekly withdrawal limit is stated as 5000.00 NZD, against 5000.00 USD at Casimba.
Dream Vegas does not state a game count on the pages we read, so we leave its library size open. It names NetEnt, Microgaming, Scientific Games, Evolution and Big Time Gaming as providers.
The Dream Vegas VIP Club has four tiers, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite, one fewer than Casimba's five. Membership is by invitation only, the same as at Casimba.
Support channels and hours match Casimba: live chat and email, stated as 24/7. Dream Vegas has an Android app on Google Play, and no iOS app is stated.
1. Prepare for the wider checks Dream Vegas lists: identity, age, place of residence and proof of ownership for any payment method, including the source of funds.
2. Request at least NZ$20, the minimum withdrawal Dream Vegas prints.
Suits a player who wants more payment options than Casimba's two e-wallets.
Playzee has the lowest entry price of the three, at NZ$5 against $20 at Casimba. Its first deposit earns a 100% match up to NZ$300 plus 100 spins on Starburst. Wagering stays at 35 times deposit plus bonus. Spin winnings are capped at NZ$50, where Casimba and Dream Vegas cap them at $100, and unused spins are removed within 24 hours of being credited, against 10 days at Casimba. Play the spins as soon as they are credited.
Playzee states that it charges no fee for deposits or withdrawals, and it lists MuchBetter and Visa Voucher alongside Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard. The weekly withdrawal limit is 2500.00 NZD, against 5000.00 NZD at Dream Vegas.
Playzee states 2,000+ games, against 1,000+ at Casimba. Its providers include NetEnt, Relax, Microgaming, Evolution and NYX.
Zee Club has five tiers: Zee Club, Zee Master, Zee Doctor, Zee Professor and Zee Secret Society. Where Casimba and Dream Vegas admit by invitation, membership here is at the sole discretion of Playzee, which can refuse or revoke it. Slots earn 2 points for every NZ$5 bet.
Support is by chat, stated as 24/7. Playzee states no app: its pages describe playing in the browser of your phone.
1. Hold one account only: Playzee reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void winnings and bonuses from all of them.
2. Expect requests for supporting ID or other documentation; Playzee says it will advise you of them at the time.
Suits a player who wants a NZ$5 starting deposit and a larger stated games library than Casimba.
| Casino | Payments named | Games | Support | Mobile |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Casimba | Skrill and Neteller (deposit); bank transfer (withdrawal) | 1,000+ | Live chat and email; 24 hours, 7 days | Browser; Android app on Google Play described |
Dream Vegas | Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller | Not stated | Live chat and email; 24/7 | Browser; Android app on Google Play |
| Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Voucher, MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller | 2,000+ | Chat; 24/7 | Phone browser; no app stated |
Skrill and Neteller are named by all three casinos, and all three leave them out of the welcome offer. Playzee goes further and says it may confiscate winnings if the offer is claimed with either. To avoid that, pay for the welcome offer with another method, not Skrill or Neteller.
Only Casimba and Playzee state a games figure, so Dream Vegas cannot be ranked on library size. Support hours and channels barely separate the three casinos. Mobile is the thinnest area: none of the three casinos states a difference between mobile and desktop play, and none states an iOS app.
Our rating gives none of the three casinos a best-for pick, so we do not name a winner. We can say which stated facts point where.
If a small starting deposit matters most, Playzee has the lowest minimum. If our rating decides it, Dream Vegas ranks first and Casimba last. If library size matters, Playzee states the larger games figure, and Dream Vegas states none. Wagering will not help you choose, because all three apply the same multiple.
Several points are still open on the pages we read: whether VIP points or status move between the brands, whether the one-account limit applies per brand, how quickly support replies, how mobile play differs from desktop, and whether any of the three has an iOS app. Ask support at the casino you pick, and set a deposit limit before you pay in.
Other sites name further casinos next to Casimba. BingoPort lists Spin Rider, The Grand Ivy Casino and Barz Casino, and sister-sites.co.uk lists Skol Casino, CasiGO, SpinYoo, Captain Spins, Mainstage Bingo and Temple Nile. We have not read those casinos' NZ pages, so we do not call any of them a sister of Casimba here.
A name on another site's list is not evidence of a shared operator.
BingoPort (www.bingoport.co.uk), on a page dated February 2026, says Casimba is "popular for its stylistic design, huge slot and casino game catalogue, and big promotions" and that its sister sites "run on the same software". Both are the site's claims, not our findings.
sister-sites.co.uk, on a page dated December 2025, says Casimba offers "over 500 casino games"; Casimba's own pages state 1,000+, so the two figures differ. It also puts the welcome offer at "100% match up to £200 plus 50 bonus spins" on the first deposit, where Casimba's pages give 200% up to $5000 with 50 spins.
sister-sites.co.uk, in December 2025, puts wagering at "35x wagering", which matches the 35 times Casimba states. It also lists a minimum deposit of £20 and a maximum bonus bet of £5, the same numbers Casimba prints in dollars.
sister-sites.co.uk, in December 2025, counts "29 sister sites" for White Hat Gaming Limited. Our list is far shorter, since it shows only the two sisters whose own pages we read.
sister-sites.co.uk, in December 2025, also gives Casimba a "Review Score 4.7 / 5". That is the site's own rating, not our finding.
Trustpilot, read on 2 October 2026, shows Casimba at 1.4 from 403 reviews, with 319 at one star and 58 at five. Dream Vegas shows 1.7 from 447 reviews, with 349 at one star and 55 at five. Playzee shows 1.4 from 189 reviews, with 159 at one star and 21 at five.
For Casimba, a Trustpilot reviewer from GB wrote on 17 September 2026 about a withdrawal held for checks, adding that "they suddenly don’t answer" emails. On 31 July 2026 another reviewer wrote that removing a saved card "shouldn't be a fight".
For Dream Vegas, a Trustpilot reviewer from NZ wrote on 23 April 2026 of "constant automated messages" asking for verification documents again. On 18 September 2026 another reviewer wrote that credit for redeemed loyalty points "never applied".
For Playzee, a Trustpilot reviewer wrote on 23 September 2026: "Awful live chat, slow withdrawals". On 8 September 2026 another described chat staff as "very unhelpful". These are counts and quotes from Trustpilot as published, not findings of ours.
Follow the steps in order. Casimba and Playzee set out three stages; Dream Vegas states only the final stage and eCOGRA as its outside provider.
1. Contact customer support first, by live chat or email, and explain what happened and when.
2. If the answer does not settle it, ask for the matter to go to the support host's team leader for review.
3. If you are still dissatisfied, ask for escalation to the complaints team, which gives the case an ID, and quote that Case ID in every message. Stage 3 is the casino's final stage, and the casino says it then explains how to take the dispute to eCOGRA.
We read each casino's own pages for NZ players on 2 October 2026. Before publication, our team tests the casinos and checks each fact against what was read. Casino terms change, so a figure here is the figure on that date. The sources list at the end gives every page we read, with the date.

Casimba's family is small: two sisters, one operator, and almost the same terms on wagering, withdrawal timing and exclusion. What separates them is cost and detail. Playzee is cheapest to start, at NZ$5, and states the largest games figure. Dream Vegas has our highest rating, 3.4, and is the only one of the three to name Apple Pay. Casimba, rated 3.1, is the reference point, and the 35 times wagering that it shares with both sisters is its main drawback. Read each casino's terms and set a limit before you deposit.
The outside evidence points in different directions. sister-sites.co.uk scores Casimba 4.7 out of 5, while Trustpilot shows 1.4 from 403 reviews. Our own rating of 3.1 is scored on our own criteria, so it follows neither number.
The family's terms are consistent: 35 times wagering at all three, and a $5 maximum bet at Casimba and Dream Vegas while the offer is active. Stay under that limit on every spin until the wagering is finished. The Trustpilot quotes we hold for the three casinos concern verification, loyalty credit, chat staff and withdrawals. The complaint steps are set out in the section above.
Payout speed is the open question. Casimba states a pending period of between 1 and 2 days, then up to 3 working days for payment to reach your account, and a Playzee reviewer quoted above wrote of slow withdrawals. A stated timing is what the casino says, and a reviewer's account is one player's experience.
If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, call the Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655, text 8006, or call the Problem Gambling Foundation on 0800 664 262. You must be 18 or older to gamble at Casimba, Dream Vegas or Playzee.
Each casino names tools such as deposit limits, time out and self-exclusion. Set a deposit limit before you play, not after. A sister site is never a way around a self-exclusion.
Dream Vegas and Playzee. Each names White Hat Gaming Limited as its operator, and each accepts NZ players on the pages we read. Other sites list more names, but we could not tie any of those to the operator.
White Hat Gaming Limited. The same company is named on the Dream Vegas and Playzee pages, which is how we link the three. Registration details sit on each casino's terms page.
Yes, on the pages we read. All three state the same MGA licence number, issued by the Malta Gaming Authority. A shared licence does not mean shared rules on bonuses, limits or accounts, so check each casino's terms.
The pages leave that open. Each casino limits a customer to a single account, yet none says if the limit is per brand, so ask the second casino's support before you register and keep the reply.
Not on the evidence we hold. No page we read says Casimba passes an exclusion to a sister, so exclude at each casino you use, and do not open a new account anywhere in the network while you are excluded.
No sister undercuts the other on wagering; both apply 35x to bonus plus deposit, as Casimba does. On starting cost, Playzee's NZ$5 minimum is below the $20 that Dream Vegas asks.
Their terms match Casimba's: 1 to 2 days pending, then up to 3 working days for the money to arrive, depending on the method. That is the casinos' stated timing, so allow for it before you plan around a withdrawal.
The Casimba pages we read state no no-deposit bonus and no bonus code. They list other promotions, such as a prize drop, each with separate conditions, so check the promotions page for what is open to existing players.
